Ravi And Aarthi Are Blessed With Baby Boy!

On 29th June 2010, at 4pm. Jayam Ravi became the proud father of a baby boy, as his wife Aarthi gave birth at a private hospital at 4pm in Chennai. Ravi who was shooting for Parbhu Deva’s Ich in Paris was tensed, as he was on the phone throughout the day, with family members. And when he heard the happy news, he has decided to take the next flight to Chennai to see his little son and be near Aarthi.

June seems to be the month of new born’s as Suriya and Dhanush also got their second babies in the same month. M.Raja said “ Both mother and son are doing fine and we are all so happy that Ravi is coming back for a couple of days to be with us”.

We wish the couple all the best! and WELCOME KUTTY RAVI!

This time last Year. Ravi Married the beautiful and cute Aarthi. Today's a Very Special Day For Them. Its Their First Anniversary! They had an amazing first year! Hope They will live happily ever after! I hope they celebrate and enjoy every moment of It! We wish them the best! I hope soon this couple will be blessed with a child soon! Will it be Chinna Ravi or Chinna Aarthi?.....

A happy celebration for Kanal Kannan and his family as his daughter’s wedding and reception was a gala event. The who’s who of Tamil cinema graced the occasion and blessed the couple. Jayam Ravi and his family : Brother Raja and his Father Mohan attended. Other stars like Surya, K.S Ravikumar, Simbu also were seen.

Jayam Ravi: Kavalar Pothumakkal Award for Peranmai

The organization Kaavalar Podhumakkal Nalluravu has presented the Podhumakkal(People Award) Virudhu to the crew of Peraanmai recently..The award was given by R Periasamy, Tamilnadu Information Commissioner and Kavignar.K Balasubramaniam(Retd.Joint Director).

Director S.P Jhanathan, Actor Jayam Ravi, Actress Vasundhara, Liyasree, Dhanshika,Saranya and Krishnasamy(Ayngaran) were among the others who were present at the award function..

The Function was organised by C.Gandhimathi, S.G.Suresh, Palanikumar.

Jayam Ravi in Paiya Premiere Show

Paiyaa’s premiere show saw all the celebrities of Tinsel Town come to Satyam Cinemas, Chennai. Jayam Ravi and his wife, was seen! Other celebrities were Vijay and Mrs.Vijay, Simbu, Narain, and most other actors came in their casual-selves to see the action packed movie. Premji sat cozily next to Sona and enjoyed the movie, while Aishwarya Dhanush was seen sitting quietly.

Also in attendance were Gautham Menon, Hari and his wife Preetha, Venkat Prabhu, Jai and others. Tamannah appeared to be excited about the special screening of the movie, while director Lingusamy was relaxed. All the guests seemed to have enjoyed the movie and gave positive reviews at the end of the screening.
